Plumbing
A service person came out the same day after calling them in the morning. Prior to the service person's arrival the company sent an email informing who the person would be, his picture, and a little about him. He called when he was on his way and arrived about 45 minutes ahead of the initially scheduled window of 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. He gave me a quote before starting work. He gott the drain going after a little difficulty. The bill was prepared, credit card payment processed, and receipt sent via email. No actual paper.
