He was very prompt in giving an estimate, and gave us the estimate before he left. He called to let us know we were still on the schedule once our windows came in. The price is excellent. I would give them an A+ for professionalism.

There was a leak on the porch. I hired them to come out and fix it. They came and did what they called a patch job for $300.00. It continued to leak and they told me that patch jobs were not guarunteed. I had to pay them an additional $800.00 to fix that part of the roof. And two years later it is leaking again. I called them about the leak and they told me to put some nails and tar up in the roof. They have poor customer satisfaction. They origanally told me that they did not want to come out to do the job because it was a small job.

Outstanding experience. Alan and his guys are extremely professional. They went above and beyond on finishing the windows on the outside of the house to make them look like they belong in a magazine. We trust these guys to leave them at our house alone, and have no concerns that there would be any problems. One window came in without grids, and it was quickly taken care of. They put the window in as it was, and came back and replaced the sashes with no hassle. A few weeks after installation, a casement window was not closing all the way. I called around 7:30 AM and they had someone out there within a couple hours, and had it fixed. I doubt that All Seasons will ever be the cheapest, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The confidence that they will make it right, and the exceptional quality of work is worth a few extra bucks.

I used All Seasons on small projects at my old house. They are extremely professional, and do a high quality job. They started early in the morning with my approval. They took over a week with my very complex roof. They always ensured that they could complete what was started and made sure they could finish a section before any rain started. They kept the workarea very clean. They communicated well if they were going to hold off working due to impending weather. Quality workmanship. I will use them again.
