John and Hans were professional and extremely helpful. The work done was phenomenal and completed in a timely manner. Being a new homeowner, finding good help to do home improvements can be extremely stressful. Rooftop Construction made the task of improving my barn one less thing to worry about.

The roofing job went extremely well. Roof Top Construction owner Hauz explained the process, how they would put extra snow and ice rapping on my roof to prevent any moisture from penetrating. Then they used a roofing that won the 2024 shingle of the year award; class 3 hail damage protection and up to 160 mile an hour wind protection. Hanz and John are fantastic. They walked me through the project step by step. I knew exactly what I was getting done. Other contractors just hurried the presentation and gave me a high price. These guys took their time and helped me with a finance plan and payment I could afford. I highly recommend these guys for your home improvement project.

Hanz was very knowledgeable explaining how the roof was going to be installed and how the warranty was a real registered warranty not just a handshake. The price was unexpectedly cheaper than most with a better shingle and warranty.

It went great. Roof was done very efficiently. The crew picked up their debris and even did a magnetic sweep for nails so that my family and pets wouldn’t have any safety problems. They found additional problems and replaced plywood for a different leak that if they would have simply papers over would have cost me another major repair later. Very trustworthy and high integrity in their work. I referred them two several other friends with roof issues. My windows were needing replaced as well due to multiple broken seals and ice forming inside the window in the winter. This enabled us to ask for more on the sales price when we went to sell as it was a differentiator in the market due to the triple pane and energy efficiency.

Their process was very easy they got us fixed up. they installed new guttering for us with zero issues. Hanz is a great guy and does awesome work.

Rep came out about an hour after I called. Scheduled for the next morning. About 7 guys came, worked like crazy for about four hours, cleaned up everything so there was no evidence they were even there. Beautiful work. The rep was a gem and couldn't do enough. The whole project went like a dream.

My widowed elderly Mother used their services to replace a roof on a very small tool shed. The roof they installed is sagging in several spots and the craftsmanship is terrible. They also charged her a thousand dollars for two hours of work. When she asked if they could come out and do the work correctly, they told her it would be too expensive to correct the mistakes they made. I feel like they really took advantage of the fact she is elderly and kind and significantly overcharged for inexcusable work.

Not perfect. Not terrible. Requested the fence match the existing fence exactly. It did not. Requested it be fixed, no response.

Everything went good. I still have to wait for the roof to settle due the weather to see the results. However, by summer they said everything should be fine and they gave me a lifetime warranty.

They were very, very prompt completing the job early. I will recommend and will continue to use them.

They stick behind what they say. They were able to save me a lot of money by going the extra mile. They did a good job, are excited about what they do and are just good guys. I will recommend and use them, again.

Work was great. We are very satisfied. Jason Jabermel, the person we dealt with, was outstanding, just a great guy. I highly recommended them.

The crew was friendly and efficient. It was a tough messy job and their clean-up was amazing. The problem came later when I noticed problems with the gutters - a leak, a piece of bent flashing leaving an open space under insulation, and holes in ceiling of porch exposing insulation. when I called to have someone check it out Hans Hoag was condescending and dismissive. He said it was their busy season and they didn't have time. If you use these people go over everything with a fine tooth comb before they leave because chances are you'll never see them again.

From the beginning,.. we were very impressed with Hanz and Steve. They were very professional,.. and courteous. The crews showed on the initial install date,.. and did most of the work. They failed to show up to finish the job as promised that Saturday. When contacted,.. owner scheduled them to come out the following Monday. The crew returned on that date and finished the job.

Upon inspection,.. the windows looked great. They replaced the original windows (1940's) in the house,.. but I'm not too impressed with quality,.. since they didn't make any difference in my gas and electric bill. I wasn't at all impressed with the door. The was a gap under the door frame  where daylight was shining in, the top of the door slab was pushed out letting cold air and daylight through, the door now has chipped out edges where the lock set was installed, the threshhold bends when stepping on it to enter house,.. and they also used different sized trim to go around door. When contacted,.. Hanz and Steve came out immediately to inspect door.  Upon inspection,. they decided that the door slab,.. or frame wasn't square and checked out the other problems.

When the crew showed up to fix the door problems,.. they moved in the strike plate to the lock set,.. pulling the whole door in,.. causing the door the be extremely hard to open. When we called back,.. I was told twice to call Todd and leave him a message,.. and he would call me back to setup appointment to fix problem. Both times,.. my calls weren't returned. Both times,. my wife ended up texting him,.. and he would text her back, but wouldn't actually call her. We did set up a date to repair once again,.. and Todd didn't show up. After my wife played text tag with him,.. we finally called Steve,.. and he got Todd to my house that afternoon to inspect door once again.

Finally,.. they sent another guy out to take care of my door. He did get the door square,.. and got smaller trim up,.. but wasn't close to matching the other trim in my house. He said he wasn't happy with trim,.. and was gonna return that Saturday to finish trim and to do the aluminum cap on the door.  It never happened. The company never has called back to see if the repairs were done to our satisfaction either.

So now,.. over a year later,...I have an uncapped door with crappy trim,.. and chipped out,.. junky looking door with jacked up lockset. I hired professionals,.. because I knew I couldn't do professional work,.. however,.. I believe I could have done a better job myself.

UPDATE- My wife finally got to talk to Hanz,.. in which he said he seen my review,.. but didn't bother to contact us about fixing the problems. While she was talking to him,.. she brought up a problem I had previously forgot. When installing our entry door,.. they had to pop up two of our ceramic tiles,.. and never put them back down. When she told him this,.. he said he spoke to his guys,.. and they admitted that they did remove the tile,.. and they would address the situation.

Well,.. they finally returned and capped the door,... and filled in the chips around the lockset with caulk,.. but now I have generic unmatching trim around my door,.. with holes in drywall around the trim since smaller trim was used. And they still refuse to do anything about the ceramic tile. And after all of this,... they still haven't been professional enough to contact us to see if our concerns were taken care of.

 After this job,. I hired a Home Repair Service to do other jobs and to fixed the ceramic tile that All American Windows and Doors refused to fix. They were SO disgusted with the way my door was left,.. they fixed it for FREE. This included removing old trim,.. taking door off hinges,. and replacing with appropriate trim.

 I ABSOLUTELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND USING ALL AMERICAN WINDOWS AND DOORS !!!!! Once they get your money,.. they don't care about anything else. They constantly push their lifetime warranty,.. but won't even install anything correctly,.. or address problems you have.

Todd and Hanz came to my home to give an estimate for my windows.  They were both professional and efficient answering all of my questions.  Todd gave me a list of homes in the area they had completed and I was able to check those out. Todd came back the next week to measure for the windows.  We talked again about the air conditioner and he assured me it would work. 
The day of the installation dawned with rain forecasted the entire day.  Todd called and said they would like to delay their arrival so another job could be completed and perhaps the rain would let up.  I agreed. When they arrived, they began with the living room windows which are under roof of the porch.  Almost immediately they discovered there was not enough insulation to complete the job so they did what they could and completed seven windows.  They told me they would return the next day to finish and so they did.  All windows were installed but time ran out for sealing so that was completed the third day.
The two gentlemen that installed my windows worked professionally in a light rain and cold to complete the job.  They never tracked wet or mud into my home and cleaned up all debris each day they worked.  They made sure I knew how to operate the windows and gave me tips to prolong the beauty of the windows.  Their work took longer than anticipated due to the weather and not having enough insulation with them.
Todd called to check about my satisfaction with the job and to set a time to touch up color on my windows.  When Todd came to do the touch up he took measurements of my air conditioner.  He told me that he would get with engineering to find a solution for the air conditioner problem.  I'm still waiting for that to be resolved.
I feel I got good value for my money and would probably recommend them to friends and family.

We worked with Hanz and Todd.  Hanz was the lead salesman and then Todd took over the job.  We had priced two other companies, and this one came in the middle, but for the quality of window, they were definitely the lowest price.  Once we signed the contract, the installers came in and did final measurements.  Once the windows were in, the same installers came back and did the job.  The installers also work for All American, so there was no "disconnect" between what you were sold and what you got.  In order to complete the sale, Hanz and Todd added a few small extras to make our home really look nice, like covering some old wood panels on the front and installing our new shutters that we had bought.  Todd always called right back if I had a question, and was very easy to work with.
The installers did an outstanding job.  They were fast, efficient and very hard workers.  They knew exactly what they were doing, and the job went smoothly.  Their attention to detail was very high.  They also installed our new front door.  They went over and above expectations on everything they did.
