For more than 35 years and 3 gererations, Ace Construction has been building relationships in Evansville with homeowners and business owners and has become one of the most trusted residential and commercial contractors. As a full service contractor, Ace Roofing specializes in metal roofs, shingle roofing and flat roofs in both commercial and residential projects. We employ a Project Manger to supervise your project from beginning to completion. This is to ensure that your project will be completed when promised, as promised, and within budget. Showed up on time to give estimate. Dennis was professional and gave suggestions on the work that needed to be performed. He did not try to oversell me on things I didn't need. The work was all performed as requested and everything was cleaned up when complete. Overall they did a great job and I would definitely use them again.
They went above and beyond with this job. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to help beyond the scope of their work. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

- *The estimate was that it would take 3 weeks and they were done in 3 weeks. Hoosier Tile came on Saturday and Sunday to finish the grouting.
- *The estimate was provided up front with a contract. Ace gave a discount on the second shower since the team would do both at the same time
- * ACE did not require any type of deposit/payment until the final walk through.
- *The cost came under the estimated price but I did supply the tile, shower fixtures, stone and grout. I wanted to pick out my preferences.
- I am very happy with the time and quality of the work. The Ace and Hoosier tile teams were very courteous and professional. I am still waiting on the glass installation and expect that to be completed within a week.
I would highly recommend Ace Construction, they do quality work.
My daughter wanted to do some remodeling/updating to her house. While shopping at Home Depot, I was informed that Home Depot had a partnership with ACE Construction. We met with ACE, obtained an estimate, and decided to use them for the project.
An ACE representative met my daughter and I at Home Depot so that she could pick out all required items (bathroom fixtures, floor, paint color, etc.). ACE took care of delivering all items.
The work was completed within a reasonable timeframe and to my and, more importantly!, my daughter's satisfaction. While I believe that the price was a little high, the final cost was the exact amount originally quoted. Also, ACE encountered/fixed an unexpected issue with a broken drain and did not charge any extra fees.
All ACE workers were professional and congenial, but I rated professionalism a "B" because one worker gave my daughter a hard time because she had changed her mind regarding the type of one of the fixtures.
Update 8/28/2015: After several months of my daughter's enjoyment of their work and no issues with their work, I have decided to upgrade my overall rating of ACE Construction to an "A"."We appreciate your business and your comments. Please contact us in the future if we can be of a assistance."

They were very prompt and courteous when they came out to give me an estimate to replace the roof. They showed up on time and as promised They kept me informed of the progress and of the issues that arose so that there were no surprises. They did a great job cleaning up and the roof looks good. Overall the did a great job.
