Plumbing
I called on a Monday and told them I needed it done by Thursday. They said they might be out on Tuesday, and definitely on Wednesday. Wednesday came and no contact. We contacted them around 3:00, and they said they would be out. They showed up and just gave an estimate. They came back on Thursday and partially completed the work to allow the cabinets guys to place the cabinet without cutting a large hole in the back of the cabinet. They said to call on Friday when ready and they would be out. Called on Friday and they could not make it. They did not call again until the following Wednesday to come out. They completed the job without problem. Overall the job was done well. Communication was poor, and responsiveness to when they said they would be there was poor. They wanted to sell me a membership which would get me priority service, and reduce my cost. If the experience was really positive, we may have done it, but we passed due to the overall experience.

The new pump works, however, where did all the money go. Hmmm. I called them for an explaination, and the owner was very short, and basically said that --- it's just the way they do business. I was not pleased by that.
