The staff were great and they were friendly and easily to work with.

When I called on Saturday morning, was greeted by lady who was very kind in understanding the problem and to make me an appointment (not an answer machine--they were working on Saturday!). At my convenience, were able to set appointment for Thursday afternoon. The Technician called my cell when he was on the way, and we both arrived at the same time at my house. Tom helped me remove food from the freezer when he needed to work. He then replaced the defroster thermostat and also attempted to quiet the rattling of the motor case which is irritating to me. He was very good at explaining everything and answering my questions understandably. I wrote him a check for the service, and he said, "you know we give a free service call again within 30 days if you need." I was surprised, as that has never been offered to me previously by other companies and it seems most repairs don't get things fixed in one visit.
So when the rattle continued to get louder I called 10 days later and asked if they would work me in for another visit "when in the neighborhood." They called me back the next day to set another afternoon service call for 2 days later. Again he called ahead, but I missed the call for 20 minutes. He waited for me to arrive home and was still very patient, did good work, and came prepared with foam tape to help with the rattling noise. He also warned me that the loud noise was the compressor, and it may be dying--just get prepared. He also counseled that new refrig compressors won't last 15 yrs like this one has.

Very well. The technician was careful to explain what was faulty and exactly what was needed to fix the problem and how it would be done. Of course parts were needed that must be ordered. Those took longer than expected, about 10 days. The appliances were functional in the meantime. As soon as the parts arrived a return appt was made and the repairs were made exactly as promised.

I've used them for a couple of years now. I always ask for the repair man Steve. I think he's one of their lead repair men and he's just extremely knowledgeable. He's very fair in pricing and he explains everything very well. I've used him over the years and I've called him on three or four different occasions for my washing machine, my refrigerator and my dish washer. I think his minimum charge is $69. It usually doesn't go much over that unless if there's a part needed. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Overall it went well. I would recommend them. They were very informative and gave us all the information about things we didn't know.

Their service is great and their sales are awesome. They back their services. They are friendly and professional. They are a great place to go to to find honest and reliable services.

I would have rather it went a little faster, but I'm satisfied.
