fast and did good work

This is mobile unit, not a set storefront. They did not tell us this up front. They had my wife meet them at a apartment parking lot. However, they did not tell us it was going to be in a parking lot. We were going to leave but decided to give them a chance. I asked them to duplicate two keys AND program a key fob/remote. They quoted me a price to do those items. However, they could not get the key fob/remote programmed and they still charged me the full quoted price. I tried to work with them on this but they were unreasonable with this request. Still charged us the full price.

Very prompt service. He was on site in 15 minutes. He replaced the deadbolt lock on an old mortise style lockset and made 5 copies of keys. He was done in about 30 minutes.
