This is a one-man operation. Greg showed up a few minutes early, and got right to work. He was friendly and professional, and explained what he was doing, as well as possible issues that could arise (the piano hadn't been tuned in 30+ years and was severely flat, so string breakage was a real possibility). It took him close to three hours, but that's not surprising given the condition of the piano. When he was finished, the piano was in tune, with no string breakage, and he gave me a few tips on how to take care of it. All in all, everything I would hope for, and for a reasonable price. I will hire him again.
