Contractor will give a quote and take a deposit. After work is started, contractor will begin increasing his quote asking for more money. Contractor does not give a well thought out quote and makes the customer pay for their inability to quote properly. Also charges $82 per hour and I was not sure if the employees of the contractor were certified plumbers, electricians or HVAC.
