Carl Thurman, the owner, is on site and provided the estimate. The estimate was printed and detailed leaving no guessing about the work to be done, time required, rates, prices and guarantee. After making arrangements the week before, Thurman's was ready to start work on my car on the agreed-upon day and time. The car was done on time. The paint matching and quality of paint job  appears excellent.  Thurman's even drove me home after i brought the car in then delivered the car later helping me avoid a major transportation headache. The cost was competitive. They washed the car and vacuumed the interior before I picked it up. I always check the odometer when i leave a car for any work and no extra miles on it from Thurman's. I will certainly use Thurman's again for any body work needed.  I recommend Thurman's with no hesitation to anyone needing auto body work.

Thurman Body Shop was not on our insurance companies preferred list of providers and originally the vehicle was towed to another facility. After several days of the car sitting still without being worked on and no communication to us (we had to call them), we asked our insurance provider if we could have the car towed to Thurman's. We had had other minor work done by them in the past and were happy with the services. They were able to get started rather quickly, gave us a timeline when it would be done and the process they would follow in repairing the car. They stayed a little late to finish the car by the end of the work day Friday so we had it for the weekend, thereby meeting the timeline they promised us. They did a great job on blending the paint from the new areas to the old and it looked and ran like it was brand new. They handled all the insurance for us so that things ran along smoothly. Small shop, friendly people, treated us very well, very good work.

I have known him for years and he is one of my friends scout leader. They are very trust worthy and very nice. They do an excellent job.

Carl did estimate, I had 3 other estimates and his was not the cheapest but 1 of the other 3 did not deliver what they promised. The Royal South Toyota did not reserve the part as they promised and had no answer on how long it would take to get another one. Carl did not over promise but went after the part I needed and delivered the service in the timeframe promised.
