After I called in July, I was put on a wait-list (and told to call back with my special-ordered fabric arrived). I was told it would be August, which was fine with me. Once the loveseat was picked up (they came and got it with their van) , the turn-around on the work was quite quick. The workmanship is very good and I am very pleased with the result. Annette and Brad Killinger are very nice and friendly, prompt and professional. The loveseat was a Dunbar, which they spotted right away, and they did quality work on a quality piece. I was so pleased I had them redo another bench cushion right away, which was also done quite quickly, and if I have any other reupholstering to do, I will use them and recommend them to others.

They did a good job. They were cheaper than another company that I normally use.
