Overall...this 'job' turned out to be an excellent experience and an outstanding investment. Due to Josh's workmanship, my initial investment in this vacation property has already greatly increased its value!

Slow to respond after estimate, took a while to do the work (worked 9-3 most days), front porch wood cracked within days of installation, has been over a month and he has not returned to fix it. Did not complete the work to install back door and has not returned to repair this either.
