poor work in the beginning and now we are paying the price. Towne came out after a storm and replaced our roof. We were unaware that the vents and stove pipe boot were not installed properly and were leaking into our interior ceilings. Just recently we have had some torrential rains and the evidence of this poor quality job became obvious. When we called Towne to complain, they told us the job was "out of warranty" and there was nothing wrong with the work they did (I guess leaks are acceptable?). We have had 3 roofing contractors out to quote these repairs. All agreed that a roof should not leak or need replaced after 6 years and the now required repairs are due to cutting corners and improper installation. All of them guarantee their workmanship for 10 years!
