Charged $250 for 2 story cleanout of gutters. Did not even go up on the roof and clean the
2nd story at all, however claimed he did so. Water was coming over the side of the gutters
during rain even AFTER he came.
Had to have a separate guy come out less than 2 months later
to do power washing and he removed inches of debris from the second story
gutters. Said there were 6 inch trees
growing in the gutters, which would not have been possible had Todd done what
he claimed he did.
I paid him after he finished the job, taking his word that
he did what he said he did. I feel like
I have been stolen from, as I had to pay a different guy to actually do the job
right. AVOID THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. NOT HONEST OR TRUSTWORTHY!

The timing for performing the work was critical because of threatening rainfall. Fortunately, he was able to complete the job in a timely manner and on schedule. Mr. Green's initial appraisal of the job was accomplished firsthand, and he communicated very well throughout.
