Summers has been incredible. Our AC broke during a heat wave. The company I had (past tense) a maintenance agreement with couldn’t come out for three days. I didn’t have an account with Summers, yet they came same day. The technician, Dakota, is from out of the area, but left his family for 3 days to help service the area we live in because of the high demand for repairs due to the intense heat wave. He went and got portable AC units and installed those the next day in order to give us some relief until they could install a new system. I didn’t even consider another company to purchase the new AC system because of his and Summers’ commitment to taking care of us. Thanks Dakota, and thanks to Summers — God bless you guys!

Kyle did a fantastic job for us. We lost our heat on one of the hottest days of the year so far, and he came over after 6pm on the day I called the company, and fixed us up on the spot! Excellent job and I will recommend to others.
