RAS APPLIANCE SVC

They were hired by Home Depot and they were terrible. Both times they came out they were terrible. Home Depot just gave me $50 because they nicked one of the buttons on my $900 dishwasher. They left and I looked at it. I called immediately and took photos. I tried reaching them and they never came back. I never got any calls from them. Home Depot just called me and said they were sorry and did not think anything was going to come of it. I said, fine, I would take it. I knew I was not going to get anything. They did not anchor the dishwashers so one time it literally fell over when I used it. They should have anchored it. I called them a month later to do the full install. When they came back the first guy had taken the anchoring pieces with him, for some ungodly reason. So they said they were going to have to jimmy it in there. He went to put it in and I was told my floor was bowing because it had gotten wet. They told me I needed to have a professional kitchen contractor come and install it. I told them to do it. I said they were here and I wanted my dishwasher installed now. So we went back and forth. Then he nicked one of the buttons when he left and said it was hard to install because they did not have the proper pieces. I said I understood. They did not level the dishwasher because they said the floor was still bowed. So it still tips. I literally cried. It still works because the button is nicked. Home Depot asked me if I wanted a new dishwasher and I said no. I was disappointed with them. The cost was reasonable.
