es. We had 9 replacement windows installed and we were very pleased with the level of service from Quality Window.
Nate was very helpful with his knowledge of the product and the process. He was professional and courteous when dealing with us at our home and their showroom. He was willing and able to answer all our questions.
Bob the installer did an excellent job. He is respectful and good at what he does.
We would use Quality Window and Door again.

We had three Polaris UltraWeld double-hung replacement windows installed. The salesman was up front and pleasant - no high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. Because of the quality of the windows and the installer, Quality Window and Door, we will eventually have all 20 replaced with Polaris and use the same installer. The price was significantly lower than comparable windows and the installation appears to be top notch. I will need to do very little touch-up painting, and the installer cleaned up after himself thoroughly. On the day the windows were suppose to be installed initially, it looked like it was going to rain. The installer called a few days ahead of time to let us know that he might have to delay the installation because of the weather. It did rain that day so he called early and we rescheduled for later in the week. It was done promptly on that later day. The only minor negative was that it took about seven weeks from the time we signed the contract to the date of the installation. They said it would be six weeks. Not really an issue for us, because time was never a critical factor.
The UltraWeld windows look sharp and are so easy to use and clean. You can barely discern that they are replacement windows. It's too early to discuss how they will hold up over time or how much we will save on energy bills. But as tight as they fit, I expect good things over this cold northern Indiana winter.

They were excellent. They were very friendly and professional. The got it done on time and did a quality job too. They did everything well. I would use them again in the future if need be.

It was excellent. He came and measured and gave a quote and that was excellent. The gentleman showed up when he said they would show up. he was done in 2 days and everything was cleaned up. There wasn't anything left out of array or anything.

They came out to do the estimate. They were very professional. They were very attentive to all my concerns. They had the product line that satisfied me. They did a first class job. They put in a totally new front door entry system. They replaced a few windows and storm doors. The work was done exactly when they said it would get done. Their workmanship was first class. They cleaned up after themselves. They took responsibility for any glitches that occurred. I would give them my unqualified support. The price was competitive. Their estimate was neither the lowest nor the highest. They were in the middle. The job involved some demolition work, foundation repair and reconstruction work where the workmanship of the labor was important. I wanted to be comfortable with whom I chose for the job. They gave me some references. I checked the references and then chose them for the job. The workmanship is what I hired. There were some unforeseen situations when they did the demolition part of the job. They absorbed the extra cost involved in getting the job done and I certainly appreciated that. They were punctual. A supervisor came out to check the progress of the work. It took a few days to complete the job. They have been in business for many years in the area and were serious about maintaining their reputation.
