This time like always they are the best price for the work preformed. They can't be beat for speed and ability to fix the problem.

I have used O's several times for computer services. They have always been up front with me. Recently, I scheduled repairs on a laptop that had a faulty power pin in it. They called to say that they had fixed it temporarily but that a complete fix (mother board replacement) would cost more than the computer was worth. They explained how to save my data quickly while the temporary fix still worked so I wouldn't have to pay to retrieve my data when the computer stopped working for good. They could have easily charged me for a full repair but helped me with some information that saved me a lot of time and money. They finish repairs quickly and always very personable.
