It took several weeks longer than promised, but that was due to Toro delaying the shipment of a replacement carburetor. I was a little surprised when I got a call telling me that the snow blower was ready to be picked up, even though I had picked it up two weeks prior to that call. Made me wonder how well they communicate internally and keep track of inventory.

They charged $6.00 for "shop supplies," $10.00 for "Gas Oil & Lube" and $70.00 for "Labor Hourly."

ASKED TO HAVE A LAWN BLOWER LOOKED AT AND SAID DID NOT WANT IT REPAIRED IF THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE OVER 60 DOLLARS. THIS WAS 5/22/2013. DID NOT HERE FROM THEM UNTIL 7/12 WITH AN ESTIMATE OF $118. THE LAWN BLOWER ORIGINALLY COST $134. 10/24 RANDY CALLED AND SAID HE WOULD TAKE TO COURT FOR 35 BENCH CHARGE.BEWARE OF BENCH CHARGE!!!!!!!

They do lawn mower repairs and other repairs. I spent about $250. I'm very happy with them.
