My purpose of purchasing at Higley was to buy from a local established business and not a big box store in hopes that I would receive a higher lever of customer service. While my TV issues are a Samsung product problem Higley can provide no additional service compared to that of a big box store and did not seem concerned. I was told several times I need to deal direct with Samsung which is very difficult. Higley has no better ability than I do to get help from Samsung.
So much for local store loyalty. Unless Higley has the best price there is no advantage to purchasing there. The personal relationship with a local store is over.
