I called this company to do an estimate for replacing my existing 30+ year old furnace in my home. My furnace had quit working a few days earlier and another company came out and quoted over $800 to replace motor. When the owner, Jim, arrived at my home, he did a diagnosis of the furnace to try to salvage it rather than just sell me a replacement. He found a failed fan limit switch and had the furnace up and running in less than an hour! He checked out the furnace and told me that despite the age, the furnace is not dangerous and that the heat exchanger had surface rust and was still fine. The previous company told me that the motor was blown and I would need a new furnace and that the heat exchanger was unsafe. 
I am extremely pleased with the service I received, the cost was fair and Jim was honest with me and didn't just automatically try to sell me a furnace I didn't really need. It is refreshing to find a company in this industry that has integrity and isn't out to rip off the consumer at a time when they are vulnerable.
