Great job by a service provider that you are comfortable having in your home. Our new unit was installed and our existing system was serviced. Follow up calls were made by the provider to make sure that everything was working properly and that we were happy. Additional quotes were requested by us for heating systems and information was provided quickly. I highly recommend this company. I found them on Angie's List and I am very pleased.

Weather was very cold. They were here early in the morning and made two calls back just to check that all was working normally.
They are experts at working on a Trane furnace, but also work on others.
They were very reasonable.

I would recommend them to others. It was under warranty because my furnace was fairly new. Even though the person that originally put in my furnace had retired and they had taken over from him, there was no question about the warranty or anything. They are very nice, very prompt, and very thorough. It costs me a little over $100 a year for furnace and air-conditioning maintenance. They just come in and check everything and change filters if needed and to make everything is working properly. I would say that their prices are probably within the norm for such services. I get very quick response from them.
