General Remodeling, Interior Design and Decorating
From the start the project went well as they are good designers. The problems occurred on the project management side. They did not use a good process to manage the project. We didn't feel that there were good timelines and milestones. Also when we needed minor changes, the change order process was never communicated where we saw the estimate and signed off. We would simply get a bill when it was done (for a a lot more than we would have paid (ex. $400 to take down and hand a wall light). Then at the end we had a punch list. The contractor came over and was very upset / annoyed that they had to fix work. No one ever did a final walk through and sign off that the work met their expectation for quality. It certainly didn't meet ours.
