I had a great one Frog Plumbing. They're absolutely wonderful. He's been courteous and prompt. He cleaned the bathroom and is really good with the people in my house. He's just a great guy. When they say they're going to go there, they get there. When they tell you how much it's going to be, it's actually a very good price. They're very respectful even to my children. The lady that I talked to when I called to set appointment is like a friend. She remembered me from that time we talked. They're amazing. I would continue to use them in the future.

They came to the rental home I own and took the old water heater out. It was in a very cramped closet and they had to work around lots of pipes. I warned them ahead of time the situation of having to lift it up and out ,so they made sure they had enough manpower. They worked quickly and were able to get the job complete within a couple of hours. They even vacuumed the work area! They were professional and courteous. I have used their services several times before . They have come to my house also and were very nice and understanding with all my kids running around and my Alzheimer's mother asking the guy a hundred times why he was there . All the guys are sweet and the receptionist was even very polite and knowledgeable . They are my plumbers for life .

My experience with Frog Plumbing Company was okay. They only work between 9am and 4pm which is inconvenient especially when one has a job. I had to wait for a vacation day to get some plumbing work done I told them that they need to work at least one Saturday a month or one night a week. They need to be more flexible with their timings. They were the only company that was willing to give me an estimate over the phone. All the other companies wanted to charge me a trip charge for the estimate. So that was nice. They were responsive to my request but I had to give up a vacation day to accommodate their plumber. I have mixed feelings about this company. I had to call them back after they installed the sink because my kitchen smelled like a plumbing leak. When I called them about it, they told me that my nose is too sensitive. I don't think that was appropriate. I walk in my kitchen to make coffee and it still smells like gasoline. I'm very upset with their response. I'm tired of calling them. I would not use them again.
