He was there when he said he'd be, both times. They were very personable. They came out and pumped my septic tank twice, but it started acting up again. They came out and took a look at it. I kept trying to call to see if there was a follow-up plan, and I could never get a hold of anyone. Excellent price and no problems with the personnel, but I'd only use them for pumping.
