I just like that they are quick at what they do. They will recommend things that could be done to the car, but they don't push you into doing another service unless you want to. You can go inside if you want, but it doesn't take that long to perform the service, so we usually just sit in the car. There is an area to go to if you want. It takes about 15 minutes to change the oil. They offer three different levels of oil. Their prices are a little high, but they are quickly to perform their services.

They were the epitome of professional. The man changing my oil offered the change the air filter for $12. It was indeed in need of replacing. I thought that was too high, so I declined. I tend to be wary of "add-on" services, and just stick to the services I came for. I ended up purchasing my own from a discount parts store, and it cost $17. So next time I will have a little more faith that they really are charging a fair price for those kind of add-ons.

Drive and Shine's are good about oil change, they are very quick and it is just convenient. They open on Sundays too, so I have had a good experience. They give you a free car wash with the oil change which is a nice perk and their prices are reasonable.

They are very timely. It's like one of those 10-minute oil change. It's been really good. It's actually the same gentleman to do the oil and the fluids. I thought they gave us good information. They were very quick. They were courteous.
