Custom RV

We received the best service “ever” regardless that this was just our RV. We've had multiple vehicles serviced by various companies across the United States for over 40 years and never found anybody to be very polite, professional, thorough, and passionate about their occupation. They came highly recommended and we understand why. We had our rear cap replaced because of cracks, our water valve and pump because we were filling up our holding tank while on city and our water pump wouldn’t stop while set to normal, and we needed to have some areas resealed for normal maintenance. We also wanted a tv for our bedroom. Custom RV washed our rv and thoroughly examined our rv for potential issues. They even checked our tire pressure! Later, we did a walk-around and they showed us their findings on what to keep an eye on. No pressure or high pitch sales to do anything and no long winded explanations. Simple, thorough, professional but personable, and quality service - just to name a few of their qualities. We felt their prices were very fair. They were also very responsive both by phone and texting. We will definitely be taking our RV to Custom RV anytime we need to have anything looked at or worked on.
