We contact the realtor agency and agent Stacey Hurt works for the agency about mid September and listed the house Mid October last year. We got an offer for the house just before Christmas and the transaction was closed the third week of Jan.
During the whole process, we got very sound advice from Stacey. All the interactions were very responsive and timely.
Since we were already out of town, Stacey was very dependable to represent us to get a number of repairs done for the house.
Overall, the listing and closing were extremely smooth and problem free, absence of any surprise.
This is the second house we sold at Elkhart and one house we brought here. They were all went through with Cressy & Everett. We had nothing but positive experience with the company and the agents. Hence, they are highly recommended.
