CREAL HEATING & AIR COND

On one of the first really hot days of the summer, I found that my air conditioner in my brand new four month old house wasn't working. The temperature in the house rose to a toasty 87 degrees. Thinking that I wouldn't be able to reach anyone during the weekend my two little boys and I sweat through it till Monday. First thing Monday morning I called the builder who directed me to call this company as they had installed it. When the lady answered the phone I relayed the issue and was told, "Well you're gonna have a problem cause I don't have a opening in the schedule for some time." I said that I failed to see how it was my problem as they had installed to AC and it was their issue to find someone to come out and fix it. She said I was being rude and hung up on me. Long story short; she hung up on me three subsequent times and called me a *****. Was I angry on the phone? You bet I was after being hung up on. It took my exhusband, my father, the President of the company that built my house to receive the emergency services I needed. Oh! And she did call back to apologize and tell me every reason I was wrong and then threatened to cancel my appointment when I wasn't roses and hearts back. I have never in my whole life received such poor service and DO NOT recommend having this company so much as gaze upon your house let alone do work for you.
