I like that they were conscientious of the customer. They didn't try to flock you in to do something really expensive when they knew that I didn't want anything extra, because it is an older car. They were very respectful of that. They did the job as quickly as possible. They kept you informed as to what was going on. There was a lock nut that they had to order, so I did end up leaving, because it was going to take them longer to get that in. Their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them highly.

We had used Carter Tire for years, both for our business and personal vehicle tires. In the past year or two though things have gone way down as far as service goes. This past winter we needed a tire patched. Took it in and waited about 30-45 minutes which was fine but later that day my tire was flat again...only this time it was a different tire! My husband checked it that night and found that they didn't patch the tire at all, just swapped it with another tire on the truck. Took it in and told them what happened and they did patch the tire that time for free (if you want to call it free since the day before they the money and didn't do what they were hired to do. Then my husband needed a new tire in June for his trailer so he went to Carter. Had a new tire put on and 9 days later the tire shredded going down the road. He called Carter who said they could send someone out in an hour plus to help him. He called another company out, Glen's Tire who came right out, changed the tire and looked at the destroyed one and verified that a 9 day old tire shouldn't do that. Carter did nothing to remedy this...no money back, nothing. Very disappointed. Dear Mr. Carter would be very disappointed in how his business is being handled these days.
