Happy with the quality of work. The TV mount used was high quality (all metal). I previously purchased and returned mount from big-box store which contained plastic. Team was very professional and knew exactly how to accommodate my unique stone wall. I also appreciate their customer focus...taking their shoes off and placing covering over floor. It did however take quite a long time to get job scheduled and completed.

Shawn did a good job mounting and wiring the TV, but he had ordered the wrong wires & bracket (which I paid for) because he was unfamiliar with the TV model (65 inch Samsung 7100). Also wished he would have spent more time with me explaining the use of the new TV set to me.

did a good job on installation-couple of minor follow up problems-but nothing important-could have spent a little more time demonstrating how to use various remotes-blue ray etc-price a little high but quality of work made it worth it
