Happy with the quality of work. The TV mount used was high quality (all metal). I previously purchased and returned mount from big-box store which contained plastic. Team was very professional and knew exactly how to accommodate my unique stone wall. I also appreciate their customer focus...taking their shoes off and placing covering over floor. It did however take quite a long time to get job scheduled and completed.

Shawn was great. Worked with my schedule, explained everything in great detail, and cleaned up after himself when the project was completed.

Shawn did a good job mounting and wiring the TV, but he had ordered the wrong wires & bracket (which I paid for) because he was unfamiliar with the TV model (65 inch Samsung 7100). Also wished he would have spent more time with me explaining the use of the new TV set to me.

Shawn was very easy to work with and very professional. He came and installed a 55" and a 32" TV in our offices. He installed the 55" TV in about 15 minutes. I was very impressed with the speed and result of his work.

AVL responded to our requests and we have a system that is just what we hoped for. Shawn listened to us and delivered, with a smile on his face. He has answered questions and provided additional assistance after the system was installed.
