General Remodeling
I have never experience a unprofessional individual in my entire life. Lewis Tippie runs this poorly managed company. He does not honor contracts, he does not return phone calls, and he will definitely not get the job done on time! Lewis gave me a timeline of 3 weeks to get the job done for my investment property. He gloated to me that he can get it done in 5 days. Me being naive about the situation and new to rehabs, I was excited about this. After giving him the initial deposit he was suppose to start the following day. He didn't start until the 3 day and thats because I was constantly calling him to get this home started. When he came out, he started on the project with lots of carelessness. His employees painted over light switches and outlets, left debris all over the home, painted my sink, painted the concrete outside, painted over wall paper, left a bucket of feces in the garage, and countless other damages to the home. I confronted Lewis about this and told me he'd fixed the situation. That's after about a couple of days of trying to track him down. Needless to say it never was fixed and sloppy work continued to be done in the home. My patience wore out because it was September and lost a tenant because of this. I told him to leave the home and then he threatened to sue me because of the materials that he spent on the home. I gave him a check and he left mouthing off. Poor quality and horrible attitude. Please stay far, far away from Lewis Tippie D.B.A. A thru Z home improvements!

"actually i contracted to do labor only why do ppl lie . we went to court he won over a technicality which if he was honest he would have told the judge but you know why he did not tell the truth ? it is about cheating other contractors as myself out of money. he buys homes in indiana and is from chicago. just google and check public records in south bend how many ppl are buying homes in southbend indiana and then leaving them to go to sh*t so the city has to tear them down over taxes owed. why did he not paste and copy the contrct i have it lol . i think we all know why it says 2k dollars not 4k dollars so already he is lying as he did in court and on here. thank you all for reading and i will let you all be the judge thanks"
