A and A Home Finishing Co

Unfortunately our experience with A and A was not a good one. I do not like to leave bad reviews, especially during a time when people are working so hard under difficult circumstances, but we did not receive what we paid for or the professionalism that should come with it. We hired this company to prep and paint the entire inside of our new home. Walls, doors, trim/base and ceilings. The quote was close to the others we received, so there was no indication that the quality would be so poor. The timeline was to be 2 weeks, which was given by the company. They had an empty house to themselves with nothing hindering their work. In the end what we received was 3 weeks of people coming in and out, all hours of the day and night. Sleeping in our home, taking multiple smoke breaks and not completing their work. The work that was completed was subpar. Al agreed that the work his people had done was not up to decent standards and said it would be fixed. We trusted him. But in the end we have an unfinished job, with someone who doesn’t respond timely to text messages and had to pay someone to fix all the mistakes that were made. It’s very unfortunate that this company could not complete the work that was paid for in a quality manner.
