We went into panic mode when the FHA appraiser asked for the additional repairs. Willie was straight forward, honest, and very swift in his response. The work was done in 3 days and the work was extremely well done. A lot of places would go in and slap something together so it would pass the 2nd inspection but Willie went above and beyond for us on short notice and did it right so we wouldn't have to make the same repairs again down the road. The cracks in the ceiling were an eye sore and now you can't even notice they were there! He went above and beyond and even fixed a few other places on the walls just because he already had the equipment/supplies there. We are extremely happy with the work and have since re-hired Willy to add some drip edge on the roof and more tuck pointing on the front and rear of the house. 2 Wild does a little bit of everything so we plan to call Willie whenever we need work done. He's a tad higher than some contractors and slightly less than others. The bottom line is that you get what you pay for. I'm the type that likes to fix something once - not fix something and then need to hire someone else to fix what was already fixed. They're located in Elizabeth Indiana but service the Louisville and Crestwood areas too. We're more than happy with the work that has been done and can't wait to get moved into our new home!
