About us
Window cleaning includes cleaning glass streak free and run-down free. Sills are wiped down of dust and spiderwebs. Our men will remove shoes or wear protective booties when coming inside your residence. Notes will be put on your account about any special conditions such as watching door entrances to prevent pets from escaping. Being a woman owner I respect that this is your personal residence, so pictures of the men who will be coming to your home are posted on our website. www.firstclasswindow.com We can also do extra detailing at $50/hour like scrubbing very dirty sills out, wiping all around frames and casement, scrub shower doors, clean off glass block walls and clean mirrors. A piece of glass is defined as glass with a frame around it. For example: a double hung window has a top piece and a bottom piece of glass -- 2 pieces of glass. With casement windows, some have 1 piece of crank-out casement and some have 2 or more pieces of crank-out casement glass. First Class Window Cleaning has been in business since 1975. We send out employees (not sub-contractors) wiith extensive experience. Our company is a corporation and truly insured with both liability insurance (protects against damage of persons and property) and Workman's Compensation (pays if our employee is hurt on your property), whereas sole proprietors (including sub-contractors) are not legally required to have Workman's Compensation. If you ask for a certificate of insurance it will be generated from our insurance company, whereas a copy sent by a company itself could be fraudulent. We have OSHA standard ladders, ladder stops and the safest ladder leveling equipment.

Window cleaning is our specialty! Glass and mirrors have specific charges per piece. We also offer detailing around the glass for an hourly charge which includes dusting and wiping of window frames(excludes baseboards and walls around window), and treating of hard water stains on the glass., scraping of the inside and outside of each window if necessary, vacuuming of sills to remove spider webs and dust around window frames

It was raining on the day Dave came to clean the windows. He had to be outside very high on a ladder for some of the windows. He did an amazing job. Our windows have never been so clean. We even had a bird fly into one of the windows thinking it was open. We have used this company again since that time. Dave came again and did an amazing job on our leaded glass windows of 4 1/2 inch square panes.
