While there, they fixed the carbeurator on the generator under warranty and inspected the entire RV for roadworthiness due to upcomming trip. Excellent service and feedback.

This is a brief description of my experience regarding the purchase of a trailer from this healer. We worked with a salesman for 2 weeks to purchase a new fifth wheel and traveled to their showroom 3 separate times.

Our first trip down they quoted us a price $10,000 over our quote from another dealer for near identical amenities. I advised the sales person of our quote from their competitor. They showed us another unit, again thousands more. As we were leaving they stopped us and indicated they would match the price from other dealer. I showed them a copy of quote, they also called it up on internet, and stated they would match my existing quote.

Called them back next day to tell them we had decided to trade in out travel trailer instead of selling it out right to bring down cost. We also advised first dealer of our intentioned to do trade in. Gave them the info to get trade-in value. Edmundsons gave us a trade-in value number This was more than first dealer so opted to continue our sales talk/deal. Asked how they could tell us stated number without seeing it. Was told by our salesman that they had a book they went by. I asked this question to confirm value. We sat down with sales to work out deal with trade-in factor. Asked him the day before we went down for email to confirm what we had both agreed upon, but ..... Their email was not working . I wanted something in writing, so asked him to write it down, he wrote "we will match their price". He did not put a number to it, so I clearly stated the number and wrote the final number on his signed statement with his agreement. Two days later we made appointment to sign all the papers, hooked up our trailer, drove back to Edmundsons to pick up our new trailer. Phone call from them to let us know the hitch did not come in, no problem, we would come back Friday to get hitch and trailer but would go ahead and come down to sign papers and bring down our trailer.

Sat down with our salesman, the contract he handed us was over $3,000 plus over the "out the door" price we had agreed upon. There were fees added that were to be included in "O T Door" total. They tried some fast talk, we got up walked out hooked back up our trailer and left never to cross their doorstep again. I was told "that's not how they do business" with regards to them not honoring their word/deal well I guess I learned the hard way.

Side note to this saga; I said a prayer about our buying the unit, He gave me his answer.
