Scott and Audi worked on my home recently and did a phenomenal job. They are a local business that prides themselves on being honest, knowledgeable, and getting the job done on schedule. I would hire SHI again in a heartbeat - they took my house from drab to fab in the matter of 3 days. Audi, thanks again for being so wonderful to my kids!!

He was the most prompt to return my call for an estimate. He also gave me some suggestions for how to best tackle some of the problems on the job. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends of family.

Scott did a wonderful job, he was. On time ,well mannered, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job. I would definitely hire him again!

Everything went smoothly. Scott let me know when he was on his way, cleaned up afterwards and showed me the features the door had. He was professional and efficient. Scott mentioned I could call if I needed the door adjusted or had general questions. I even inquired about future projects.

Very well will use scotts home improvement again

Scott has worked on my garage twice in the past six months. The first time he was out, I had a broken cable which made my door stuck about a foot off the ground. We were supposed to have a bad storm that night and I was thankful he was able to come out that day to replace the cable. I was able to close the door before it started raining. More recently my garage door opener stopped working and I called him again. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I have an attached two car garage so he recommended getting one of the more quiet openers since mine was over 25 years old and you could hear the door open in the bedrooms upstairs. It's much more quiet now which is wonderful, especially when my kid is sleeping. He took down the old stuff and installed the new motor, track and wall mounted opener within a couple hours. He also installed a key pad opener, which I had never had before, but have always wanted. Scott is very professional and dependable. He gives good advice and is extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using Scott's Home Improvements again. I've already purchased another opener for the other side of my garage to match the one Scott installed. Now I just have to call to set it up!

There were no don'ts. He went above and beyond. He made repairs that were not included in our agreement and didn't charge me.

Very impressed with the quality of work performed and left nothing for me to clean or dispose of. Easy to talk to and explained everything as to what he would be doing. Great customer service.  Very pleasant and I always appreciate those that smile.  I felt I was going to have a great door installed by an experienced worker.

The overall job went well. He came on the date that we agreed on, and showed up on time. He did a great job. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Installation went well, he even offered and did pick up the door I had purchased at Menards. He got an emergency fix call and let me know before hand and arrived at the new time. Went right to work and finished the installation without any problems. Did his own cleanup and showed me any important things about my new door, along with a guarantee of his work.
