Eric built a beautiful set of stairs behind my garage, repaired the Trim on my Garage Door (painted it too) and he will soon be replacing a window on my house. This Skilled Individual does Quality Work. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Contacted Eric on Friday morning. Came by shortly thereafter. He viewed the work to be done. Said he would call back later with an estimate. He did call back later in the afternoon with an estimate. It was a very fair estimate. He called back on Sunday saying he could do the projects on Monday. He gave me the time he would be there. He was punctual. He got to work right away.One of the projects way difficult to accomplish but he got it done. He completed the rest of the work in a timely manner. I would most definitely hire Eric again as he is so very professional. The price was as he quoted me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this type of work done.

I thought this was going to be a small job and would need some laminate flooring repaired. Eric came out and took a look and told me the best options as this was in the laundry area would be better to have a material that resists water in case of future leaks. Unfortunately more damage was found once laminate flooring was done. However I had been informed of this in the estimate. I was kept informed during the whole process. I hadn't had much luck with handymen in the past. I'm glad found Quality Craftsman by E.M. as he is my handy man from now on. He did what ever it took to get the job done and made sure everything was working and to my satisfaction. I love the new flooring it looks great. He was able to find solutions for everything I needed so I highly recommend and will use again.

Eric cut and installed a new window, between 2 existing windows, and added 6 inch trim. He does professional quality work. I would recommend him for any project in your home.

We were getting ready to put our house on the market, and we needed a number of things done at our house and done quickly, from replacing the shower door, light fixture, and shower head in our downstairs bathroom, to repainting our front door, and much more. We got a number of quotes, and I found Eric's prices to be the most fair AND he was able to do the work the soonest, which we greatly appreciated. I added a number of jobs during the few days that he was working at our house, and he was great about it. Everything he did was done well.

I hired Eric to replace two casement windows, install a patio door and build a deck. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work and his professionalism. Eric is like Holmes on Holmes. He does it right the first time. He is extremely thorough and skilled in his profession. He is also very trustworthy. I would refer him to everyone and not even consider hiring anyone else to do construction work on our home. I can only guess that the poor review on here was from a house that wasn't properly constructed in the first place; therefore, there will be issues going forward. There is no way Eric wouldn't fix something that he did wrong. He takes his time and makes sure everything is just right. He treats your home like it's his home. His work is perfection and I wish I were lucky enough to live in an entire home he built from the ground up. But I'll have to settle for an awesome kitchen for now and hope to one day hire him to remodel the rest of our home. And if I ever do win the lottery, you can bet I'd be hiring Quality Craftsman to build our mansion. Eric actually takes pride in his work and is exactly what the name implies, a Quality Craftsman. And that's hard to find nowadays.

Had Eric install hardwood floors throughout my home. Eric showed up every day, on time, and worked, however both this estimated time for completing the project as well as his price was TWICE his estimate... Furthermore, after several months, floor expansion caused some floorboards to lift up substantially, causing a tripping hazard. Eric refuses to come and re-install the floors correctly. I wasted thousands of dollars of my money on this project.

Eric is excellent. Very professional, detail oriented, doesn't cut any corners. He was awesome. We've had neighborhood parties and all our neighbors say our home is the best and they all used different builders. Extremely fair pricing. After I built my house I recommend him to my brother and he built a house for him as well.
