We needed an new elliptical machine assembled and decided to give a local small business a try. Art showed up promptly at the agreed time. It was a sloppy day out so he changed his shoes before I showed him to the lower level of the house. He was done in an hour and a half. Work was done quietly and everything was cleaned up and all the packaging was back in the original box. We felt the fee was very reasonable compared to other places we priced. We would definitely use again if we need a repair or assembly.

Art was very knowledgeable. There was good communication between us and he was easily accessible when I had questions. He was prompt, courteous, and professional when he came out to do the repair. I feel the price quoted was reasonable for the work done. It hasn't been that long, but the treadmill seems to be working fine. Would definitely recommend him.

Great. Art has been servicing all of our fitness equipment for a couple of years now, and we have been very pleased with his work. Some of our obsolete equipment needed repair, and he was still able to obtain parts for them.

I contacted Art, and he was courteous and honest, right from the start. He followed through and came to my home and was extremely thorough and professional. He repaired the machines to my satisfaction and discussed a future maintenance plan with me.

I was very impressed with Art's service. I initially called him on a Thursday, and he came out on Saturday morning. His first visit was roughly an hour (maybe 2). He was able to fix the problem with my treadmill which was the original purpose for the call, but he also noticed that the motor on my treadmill was very loud, and there were some other parts that had too much wear and tear. I had noticed the loud motor, and while it was incredibly annoying, I hadn't thought much about it. He worked with the manufacturer to get them to send me a replacement motor, deck and some other pieces, all under warranty. Throughout the process he kept me informed about his communications with the manufacturer and when I could expect the parts. On his second visit he worked on the treadmill for more than half a day, basically rebuilding it as new. He also provided some tips to extend my treadmill's life. After the repair I noticed that the fan wasn't working quite right. I emailed him on a Saturday morning and he immediately called me back to say that he was on his way to Chicago for personal reasons but if I was home he could stop by and fix the fan (no charge). Within an hour he was at my house and my treadmill is now working perfectly.
For each visit Art was on time and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a treadmill repair, and I will call him again should I ever need additional repair.

I've been going there for almost one year. It was not a lot of people that come there and the amount of workout they give you is pretty intense.

My elliptical machine had developed a and quot;clunkand quot;. Even though it's an off-brand machine, it was repaired perfectly and operates like it was new again. Service was on time, quick, the price was great and he was a nice guy. If I have any other problems, I would definitely call again. Outstanding service.
