Not well at all!!! We would never recommend them to anyone who was looking for a real estate agent. Our agent made no effort whatever to stay on top of things to be sure the buyer was a firm buyer. When we called to check on status of the sale after 30 days, she told us to we would have to wait. When we questioned why things were proceeding so slowly, she told us "that's just how it is". Then when 45 days rolled around and still no word, we began to question again. Finally, toward 60 days, we find out from the agent we were purchasing our home through, NOT FROM OUR MCCOLLY AGENT, until after the fact, that the deal for the sale of our house fell through. We not only lost the deal for our house, we lost the deal for the house we were going to buy. This agent put no effort into checking on the status of the buyers loan or to follow up on how things were going until we prodded her into action. To put if bluntly, SHE DID NOT DO HER JOB!! If you are looking to sell your home with McColly Real Estate, DON'T!!!
