Excellent. I had to take my brand new Escape in for transmission work. They gave me a loaner car to drive while they inspected my vehicle for the problem. They ordered the parts needed and when I took it back in to have the problem fixed they gave me a loaner car again that I was able to use for almost a week while they completed the work. The personnel in the service department are always professional, kind and helpful. When they realized they would have to keep my vehicle overnight the first visit they had no qualms with me coming back to get more stuff out of my vehicle in the garage and let me keep their loaner car overnight. I love that they offer the loaner cars (free of charge--warrantied work) so I didn't have to worry about getting a ride to and from. It was a factory problem they fixed and my vehicle drove better after they fixed it than it did they day I drove it off the lot and I haven't had a problem with it since.
