The red haired man failed to write my observations on the work order. When I went to pick up my computer, an older man and woman said it was an easy fix. (ALL THEY DID WAS A SYSTEM RESTORE.) They, without my permission, installed security software on my computer. I took my computer home & saw that a Mozilla icon appeared. After a few days, my computer started with the same symptoms as before. When I tried to remove the software they installed, it called for the administrator (not me) then the computer crashed. I took it back and got a patronizing and condescending call that it would cost $125.00 more with no guarantees. I said no, I just want it back. They charged me a $35.00 "bench fee". BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE.
Description of Work: I told the red haired young man at the counter that Mozilla introduced a virus into my computer. He was haughty, arrogant and discourteous. He assumed I knew nothing about computers, wrote up the work order and told me it would be $100 to start. I had already begun the detailed process of removing Mozilla.
