Insurance Agencies
Having to purchase health insurance for the first time in over 15 years,
was a bit overwhelming. Having tried the Marketplace online on my own,
was even worse. I had a bad feeling I just wasn't doing something right.
I called and explained my situation to Kintz's and was able to schedule
an appointment, yet that week.
The office staff was great, answered all my questions. Very friendly and
welcoming. Offer coffee and water right away and made sure I was
comfortable, while i waited. I did get there a few minutes early but
ended up not waiting long at all.
My appointment started right on time. John was AWESOME! He asked a lot
of questions, wanting to get to know me and my situation. He wanted to
know what I was wanting and looking for from an Insurance provider. He
explained everything we did together through the Marketplace, and was
able to answer all my questions so I understood what was going on. He
took his time and made sure I really did understand and was sure of my
wants and needs.
An hour later, I had health insurance. Really good health insurance that I can afford, I might add!
These are good people who care about people. 100% satisfied!!
