Andrews Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning

We have used Andrews Plumbing for several years and I highly recommend the company. Vern Andrews, the owner, is the most cheerful and helpful plumber imaginable, and his technicians are always cheerful, professional, and provide excellent service. After enduring frequent sewer clogs for several years, which Vern and his technicians unclogged each time, we finally had Vern put in a new sewer a couple years ago. All the work was done very professionally. Vern even recommended a landscaper to re-do the yard after all the digging. In July 2018, technician Lance replaced our water heater. First he assessed the floor under the water heater and decided to add a piece of 3/4 inch plywood to reinforce the subfloor under the water heater. Then he installed the new water heater. Again the work was very professional .

We have used Andrews Plumbing for many repairs and upgrades. The service has always been excellent.  Vern and Lance respond very quickly to emergencies. 

Andrews Plumbing replaced the 60+ year old  "tile" (terracotta pipe) sewer from the house to the street.  This involved digging a deep trench and laying new sewer pipe.  When the trench crossed the gas line to the house, Vern and his workers hand-dug the trench to avoid hitting the gas line.  The work was done efficiently and to a high  quality standard.  After laying the sewer pipe, the dirt was replaced  to make the area as presentable and usable as possible.  We now wait for the dirt to subside over the winter and we will re-landscape in the spring.

We had  extremely heavy rain and the sewer from the house to the street was clogged.  Vern and Lance were very busy helping people with sewer and flooding problems.  They arrived by late afternoon and used their sewer camera to assess the problem with the sewer. They jetted out the line to remove clogs.. 

We have a 100 year old house.  We have had problems with an aging  sewer pipe ("tiles") and occasional frozen pipes.  Vern has come several times to help with the plumbing.  As always, Vern and Lance are very helpful, cheerful, professional, and come quickly to help with the problems. Vern Andrews responded quickly to a clog in the sewer line which is composed of terracotta 'tiles'. He cleared the clog, used his camera to look for problems in the sewer line, and 'jetted' the line to remove scum build-up.

We have used Vern many times in the past. He responds quickly and cheerfully to clogs in the sewer and other plumbing issues. in Jan 2014, Verb came promptly to unthaw a frozen pipe in the crawlspace and repair a leaking drain line under the kitchen sink ($250). Vern's prices are always reasonable. He is courteous, cheerful and professional at all times.

Mr Andrews has provided services for us on several occasions. He has twice over the past 2 years used his camera to inspect the inside of our sewer line which is composed of terracotta 'tiles'. He has remediated a partial clog in the sewer line and advised us a yearly water jet cleansing of the pipe would prevent future clogs. He installed a new lo-flo toilet and new hand held shower head.
Mr Andrews is very friendly, courteous and professional at all times. He promptly responded to our urgent call for help with the clogged sewer. We will be using his services again in the future.
