We were having some issues with our furnace not staying on. I contacted Rinehart this morning around 8 am and heard from 3 different representatives of the company by noon. Brian was at our home around 1:15 and was able to quickly find that the furnace wasn't staying on because the gas isn't turned on. (We just moved in and had some communication issues regarding gas in the home so we weren't aware there was anything that needed turned on...) While Brian was there, he also completed a tune up, at a reasonable price, that should last us the 2 years or so. He also kindly educated us on the age of furnace. Great experience and we will definitely use (& recommend) Rinehart again!

Rinehart Heating & Cooling was one of five contractors I obtained bids from to install a new furnace and AC system in my 1,850 sq. ft. single story home. Kevin Rinehart came to my home, inspected my old unit and ventilation system, identified a return air issue (he was one of only two contractors that took the initiative to inspect my ventilation system), and provided me with my second lowest bid for a 17 SEER 2-stage AC unit & 96% efficient furnace. While Kevin's bid was not the lowest I received, his attention to detail (identifying my current undersized AC unit and my return air issue), along with his demeanor and honesty, convinced me that he was going to perform quality work and stand behind it with a 5 year labor warranty (which was 3 years longer than any other bid I received). After completing our contract and scheduling an install date, Kevin came out and topped off the refrigerant on my leaking old AC system to get me by until my new unit could be installed--again proving to me that he was looking out for his customers. Further still, Kevin had an elderly customer that had a critical AC issue and he asked if I could delay my install a short period of time so that he could help his elderly customer--to which I quickly agreed and again, proved to me that he was willing to go the extra mile to take care of his customers. The install of my new AC and furnace was completed with no issues by Stumpy, Corey and Kevin, and I'm very happy with how it is performing. Rinehart Heating & Cooling sells the highly rated (in Consumer Reports) American Standard brand, their dedication to their customers and their workmanship are excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with the work performed. Rinehart explained our heat exchanger was part of a warranty/recall and took care of the problem in one day. While we had to pay for labor charges in excess of the amount provided by the furnace manufacturer, we got a very good job and paid much less than the cost of furnace replacement. Rinehart knows what they are doing and we will be signing up for their annual maintenance service.

We were in need of a complete replacement of our air conditioner and decided to include the heating unit as well to get the most efficient combination. Kevin came out to give an estimate and went over the various options we could choose, in all price ranges. They came out the following week to install and everything was done promptly and per the schedule they promised. Kim followed up with us a few days later to ensure we get the rebates from our utility companies and even personally came by to give us the rebate paperwork and do the payment onsite instead of us having to give our credit card over the phone. Everything was done very well, on schedule and at a fair price. Would definitely continue to use them in the future and highly recommend their services.

I just trust Danny. When I moved into this house there were things that needed to be done and I found him and he has since expanded his business and has everything we're looking for and that was back like '76 or '77. I haven't really had trouble with the furnace and they come and take it all apart and they did it every year. They keep it working with no trouble. They had come when I need them but generally we just schedule ahead, a routine appointment. They call usually ahead.

Danny and his team were very responsive and I believe provided the best cost and value.  The installers were fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. 

The systems are working great and have been a real cost saver.  I trust their opinions and recommendations.  Before we had any equipment replaced they were able to provide emergency service on our Ac on a Sunday at a reasonable cost.

I would highly recommend Rinehart heating and cooling to anyone looking for service or new equipment. 

Bought a new heating/cooling system from Rinehart after getting 6 quotes two years ago. I had one cheaper and 4 more
expensive. Most came prepared to try and sell me a geothermal system that was at least double the standard system cost.
I told Rinehart what I wanted and that's what they quoted me. I will say Danny was also the most aggressive in his follow-up. I actually had three who never called back including the company who installed my original home's system. They have really been prompt , courteous and professional in all of our dealings.
By the way, Rinehart had also installed a new system at a friend's house in Brownsburg. That's how I learned about them. My friend had nothing but great things to say about them.

It went very well.  He was very prompt and did a very good job of assessing the needs of a 100 year old house.  The quote that he gave us was very very reasonable.  The only reason we did not hire him was that we got a slightly better warranty and installation specific to the age of our home from another company.  I would recommend him to anyone.

Reinhart Heating & Cooling Inc is really nice. We just had a problem one time when we had a bad ice storm and they were here immediately. My husband is an engineer so he knows all that kind of stuff and if they wouldn't have come to us highly recommended and efficient and with the right price, we wouldn't have used them in the first place or we wouldn't have kept them. We have been here over 15 years and we use them. They call and tell me where they are and when they think they will be at the house so that I know when to expect them here. They are very good at communicating. When I wasn't going to be here and I needed something to be done, I have left the key outside for them. I trust them. It is a family business. We recommend them to our friends.

I can't say enough good about Rinehart, and specifically, Brian.  He made me feel very confident that our furnace was in good working order, and he was so kind and understanding.  I was pleasantly surprised with the response time and thought the charge was quite reasonable.  Rinehart has gained a customer for life!

We called their after hours number on a Friday evening.  The next morning the tech came to diagnose the problem.  He quickly realized that our unit was frozen up and needed freon.  He made the repair quickly and it's been working ever since.  I've worked with Danny for years and he has done a lot of great work during that time period.

The owner, Danny Rinehart came out to do the estimate.  He was very thorough and found issues that had been overlooked in the past. 
The work was completed in a timely fashion, and everything works great.  His price was much better than the "big" guys, and he didn't try to sell me stuff I probably don't need.
The system works better than the prior 2 heat pump systems I had in the past.  So far so good!

The workers were on time in the morning and were able to complete in one day. They let our home in the shape they found it. They hauled away the old system and cleaned up their mess. Mr Rhinehart was helpful in advising us on the correct system. He called when he said he would and followed up with us after the system was installed to ensure our satisfaction.

It was extremely hot and my a/c wasn't cooling our house.  They came out within 3 hours of my call and were very professional and explained each issue they found with the unit.  They verified the air flow at several vent locations inside the house and metered the rate of cooling from the vents.

It went good overall. I would recommend them. They did a good job. They had to order a part and they came back and installed the part.

I got several estimates on the job and Rinehart gave me a pretty good price. He beat everyone's price by a pretty good margin. He put in American Standard equipment and it was all done pretty well. They are honest and do competent work. This furnace has an automatic fan speed setting. It is a matter of setting it on the circuit board and it wasn't working right. I called them and they came out and fixed it right away at no charge. I called them this winter and said I wasn't getting any heat. They came and looked at it and discovered I had run out of propane. They never sent me a bill and it was even on a weekend. Several months after the installation they are still treating me like a brand new customer.
