The doors look brand new

Jason came out three different times in regard to this work. He was always punctual. The work was great; very friendly and comfortable to have in my home. Will definitely use him for any furniture and woodworking needs.

The only problem is he did a good job, but customer service is not mediocre. He did a good job on the table, just could improve on the customer service.

All went very well.  Provider picked up chairs from upholsterer and returned them refinished for reupholstering.  The provider did an excellent job.  They look like new!

He was a super guy. When others couldn't get it right, he fixed it and made it right. He knew what he was doing and he did a super job. I've already contacted him about doing my basement. He is a perfectionist so it took him quite a while.

I was given an estimate of two days and it went very smoothly from start to finish.

We had a antique trunk and a travel trunk we needed to have refurbished and called Jason. He responded quickly and came out to give an estimate. He ended up taking them that day. He estimated it would take approx. 4 weeks but ended up taking a little longer which was not a problem. Upon completion he delivered the pieces back to our home. We were very happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone. His quality of work was exceptional!

Mr Owen responded promptly to my inquiry.  He met with me, inspected the project, advised how and what he felt was necessary, and set a time table. He was involved in several other projects, but promised to complete ours before the weather changed,
His estimate was thorough and very reasonable, especially when compared to another estimate we had gotten.
He kept in touch, and once scheduled, he completed the job in a timely fashion.  The door/entry looks beautiful again.

He was very professional, and when I mentioned the broken foot board, he was happy to look at it.  He took it with him, repaired it and returned it in a timely fashion.  Very reasonable. 

I have referred several people to him and would use him again as necessary.  I think anyone would be happy with the quality of his work, his professional attitude, and his reasonable prices for his craft.

The table was picked up on September 7, 2011.  I was informed that it would take approximately 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the damage.  It took longer than originally anticipated to do the work, but that was due to the damage on the table and their meticulous eye for detail.  The table was returned to me on October 14th.  The table looks awesome!!  We are very happy with their work and would use them again.

Jason came to the house and estimated project cost at $150.  We scheduled an appointment to do the work a couple of weeks later.  He stripped and refinished the mantle to match the cherry stain color of the newly built custom bookcases on each side of the fireplace.  Jason was able to match the color pretty close.  He is very professional, clean and friendly.  I would do business with him again!

They were very good, nice and congenial.  They told me they would be done and back to me in 2 weeks.  I called after 2 weeks and was told that his staff was on vacation and would get everything done when they got back.  He said he could get them back to me the next week but I was going to be gone for 2 weeks.  He returned them today, I asked him if there was a storage fee and he told me that we were even because he did not have them done when he said he was going to.

I contacted Jason about repairing two chairs for our dining room set. The set consists of an antique table and even older chairs. The top rail on one of the chairs had broken off with pieces sticking out of the back on each side. The other chair was loose and wobbly. Our entertainment center had also been damaged by an installer from a separate company, and we needed an estimate to provide to their corporate headquarters. Jason arrived on time to provide the estimates. He had no problem writing up two estimates, one for the chair repairs and one for the entertainment center. The chair repairs were $225 (minus the $25 for the Angie's List coupon). He took the chairs with him that day, then called approximately two weeks later to say they were finished. We set up a time for him to drop them off. The chairs were both repaired to our satisfaction. We opted not to repair the entertainment center, and instead settled with that company. Had we repaired the scratches/dents to that item, the cost would have been $150 for a house call then $65 for each hour of work thereafter.

Jason and his assistant arrived on time and examined the chair. He explained what needed to be done and the cost. I approved the repair and he fixed it on-site in a very short period of time. Jason is very thorough and knowledgable and I would not hesitate to use him again. I have already recommended him to my brother-in-law.

Couldn't be better

Arrived on time, professional, and explained in detail what needed to be done. The leg on the ottoman could not be repaired due to our trying to fix the break. However, touch up paint was applied and the leg looks fine; I was told it probably will break again. The shortened table looks great. Best of all I had the furniture back in a couple of days.

He did a great job. When he was finished it looked like it was new and it's even an antique. Before he even did any work he explained everything to me without charging; what type of wood it was and the price.

Chair repair - Jason came by the house to look at chairs and give me an estimate. He took the chairs with them - repaired them and had them back in time for Thanksgiving. He does oustanding quality work. Cost for the 4 chairs was $350. Five years later - chairs are in great shape - no problems. I called Jason to look at the oak table top and he tried some cleaning solutions which did not take off the spots, so I had him sand the top and refinish it as well as matching the four leaves. We were in the process of moving, so conveniently Jason picked up the tabletop at my old house, refinished it, and delievered it to the new house. We only had to move the base and chairs. It looks great and was well worth the price. I appreciate Jason's quality work and friendly, professional manner in which he conducts his business. I definitely recommend him and would use him again.

I had called one highly listed refinisher on Angie's List who never even had the courtesy to call me back. When I placed the call to Jason he responded immediately. He was in our neighborhood the following day so stopped to give us an estimate. He was very professional, friendly and polite and gave us what we thought was a very reasonable quote for the repair work. We were really putting quite a rush on our request as this was early/mid May and we were wanting the work completed before the Indy 500. He assured us he would have them back in a week. He called prior to his coming to give us an estimate and he called prior to delivering the repaired pieces to us and each time he was very punctual. He followed through on everything and Jason is a very nice young man whom I would highly recommend, especially if I had some valuable antique pieces.
