Keep It Clean

We spent $115 on that work and he did a great job. I did spring cleaning and moved all the furniture, so he did not have to do that. He came in and was done in about an hour and fifteen minutes and he did spotting, cleaning and the post treatment so it wouldn?t pick up soil. He did a great job with that as well and the house is 6 years old and looks fine. We do have one spot when he cleaned it must have brought something up from the pad that was down deep, but we have scheduled and he is coming back to redo it. He is a headworker, it his own little business and does not have any employees. I think he does commercial and cars if people ask him to do that. I think his price is very, very reasonable because I have had people come out and charge me a lot and their job wasn?t quick, efficient and long lasting. He is a little slow getting back on the phone since it is his own business and has an answering machine, but goes out on work all day. Sometime he calls back the next day and there needs to be a little understanding there. When it comes to his punctuality he is right on time or early. He is a very down to earth kind of guy and people will have to understand he does not ?yes ma?am or yes Sir ?them, but he is not unprofessional.
