"Thank you very much for the feedback. As a company, we strive to offer the very best service in our industry. As you know, we did pull your toilet, cable the main sewer line and then reset the toilet. When we left your home, everything was working properly. We would love the opportunity to discuss this matter further with you and come to a resolution that is satisfactory as there may be problems with your sewer line that we were unable to detect at your last service call. Our number is 317-745-4830. Again, we appreciate your response and look forward to serving you in the future."
