PRICE WISE, THIS WAS A GREAT DEAL FOR THE WORK WE HAD DONE DEALT WITH US IN FINDING THE BEST PRICE AND STILL MAINTAINING THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL WE DESIRED. THE PROBLEMS WERE THAT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN EXPECTED AND LEFT LITTLE THINGS UNDONE THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED BY AN EXPERIENCED COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. EXAMPLES: NO HOT WATER IN THE TUB - IF YOU INSTALL A NEW TUB AND DO THE PLUMBING WOULDN'T YOU VERIFY BEFORE LEAVING THAT YOU HAD HOT AND COLD WATER? SINK DID NOT HOLD WATER. AGAIN ISN'T THIS SOMETHING YOU WOULD NORMALLY CHECK. LEFT AT NIGHT WITH ITEMS LEAKING IN THE SINK AREA SO A BRAND NEW CABINET GOT WET AND WARRPED BECAUSE OF THEIR ERRORS. THEY DID FIX ALL OF THE ITEMS BUT THE REAL COMPLAINT AND ISSUE AT HAND IS SHOULD YOU AS A CUSTOMER HAVE TO CALL AND TELL THEM THESE THINGS WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE EXPERIENCED PLUMBERS?
