.If Chris Anderson is the crew leader you get from this company, please beware.  He was contracted by E3 Restoration to remodel a room in my basement damaged by water and mold.  After a week, he left my job unfinished to start one that was more lucrative.  I heard nothing from him for 2 weeks.  He left a mitre saw, stand and mop bucket in my basement, leading me to believe he would return shortly to finish the work.  WRONG
He did return unannounced on a Saturday morning 2 weeks later to return the door he was suppose to clamp and rework.  His real motive was to get the equipment he left and was now needing on the other job.  I took the door, but didn't let him into the house to retrieve the saw.  Told him he could have the saw when my work was finished.
E3 management emailed pictures of the unfinished and unsatisfactory work to Chris, but he didn't acknowledge them.  When a meeting was set up to discuss the issues, Chris showed up 40 minutes late.  He was told he was no longer wanted at this job.
The electrical wasn't finished, no outlets or boxes installed.Tile at the hearth wasn't finished, drywall still needed fine turned, one door not rehung at all, the other doesn't close, ceiling light hole cut too large, baseboard and casing needs nail holes filled and worst of all, a bulkhead covering water pipes is twisted and not square.
There has been no apology or explanation for Chris' action from him.  My remodel has been delayed 3 weeks now.  I guess Chris thinks it's okay to treat a customer like this if a more profitable job comes along.  Again...BEWARE.
